Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Suavi AI (“Suavi”, “we”) does with information when you visit suavi.ai. The short version: this website is a description of our products. It has no accounts, no forms and no advertising, and we collect as little as a website can.

What we collect

Nothing you type. The site has no sign-up, no login and no contact form. The only way to send us anything is to email info@suavi.ai, and we keep that email the way any business keeps its correspondence: to answer you and to remember what we discussed.

Standard technical logs. Like every website, ours is served by hosting and network providers that record basic technical information about each request — the page requested, the time, your IP address, your browser type — to keep the service running and secure. We do not use these logs to identify or profile you.

No cookies of our own. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not run advertising pixels and we do not sell or share visitor data with anyone for marketing.

Who helps us run the site

The site is hosted on Base44 and its domain and network are served by Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes the technical information above under its own privacy terms, and only to deliver the site to you.

If you become a customer

Suavi products are used under a separate customer agreement that covers the data an organization places in them, including any protected health information. That agreement — not this website policy — governs product data. This policy covers only this website.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold nothing about you beyond what you email us, your main choice is simple: email us, or don't. If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, ask at the same address and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honor those rights on request.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If we ever add a form, analytics or cookies to the site, this page will say so before they are used.
